This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of the MedoNext Hospital Management System (“MedoNext”, “Platform”, “Service”). By accessing or using MedoNext, you agree to follow this Policy.
1. Intended Use
MedoNext may only be used for lawful healthcare operations including:
- Patient registration, treatment, billing, and documentation
- Hospital administration and workflow management
- Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, and Bio-waste management
- Doctor & staff scheduling, tele-consultation, and follow-ups
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use MedoNext for any of the following:
- Storing, uploading, or sharing inaccurate, illegal, or fraudulent medical records
- Sharing patient data without consent
- Selling or reselling the platform or providing unauthorized access
- Attempting to bypass system authentication or security measures
- Reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, or cloning the software
- Using the platform for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or promotions
- Hosting malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts
3. Patient Data Confidentiality
- All patient data must be used strictly for diagnosis and treatment.
- Data access must follow internal hospital authorization levels.
- Personal login sharing between staff is strictly prohibited.
4. Access & User Accounts
- Each user must have an individual login.
- Admins are responsible for granting and removing staff access.
- Compromised passwords must be reset immediately.
5. System Integrity & Security
- Do not use scripts or bots to overload system features.
- Do not attempt to export or copy data in bulk without authorization.
- Report any security or access issue to MedoNext support immediately.
6. Enforcement & Account Suspension
MedoNext may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or misuse system features. Serious violations may result in permanent access removal and legal action.
