At MedoNext, we value your trust and want to ensure clarity in our subscription model.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your MedoNext dashboard or by emailing support@softy.care.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2.Refunds
- Refunds are available only if requested within 7 days of initial purchase and only if the software has not been used to generate reports or billing.
- Once active data usage or customization begins, refunds are not applicable.
- Yearly plan cancellations are non-refundable after 7 days.
3. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.Demo & Trial Plans
Our free demo plans are for evaluation only. No refunds apply to free or promotional plans.
