2. Services

MedoNext provides cloud-based Hospital Management and Clinic Management Software that simplifies operations like patient registration, billing, reports, pharmacy, and lab integrations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and all activity under your account. Please use strong passwords and do not share access.

4. Payments & Subscription

MedoNext operates on a subscription model. Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan (monthly or yearly). Non-payment may result in temporary account suspension.

5. License & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for internal business purposes only.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data remains your property. MedoNext only processes data to provide and improve services. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Restrictions

You may not resell, duplicate, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the software without written permission.

8. Termination

MedoNext may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, misuse features, or delay payments.

9. Limitation of Liability

MedoNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
